Cyclical hormonal headaches refer to the period headaches that happen during the time of menstrual cycle. “Did you know that hormonal fluctuations during your menstrual cycle can impact the occurrence of headaches? The most common times hormonal headaches occur are during ovulation and right before menstruation begins,” wrote Naturopathic Doctor Corina Dunlap.
