Apple Unveils Thinnest iPad Pro Yet With M4 Chip, OLED Display And More; India Price Starts At Rs 99,900

Apple revealed its latest flagship tablet, the iPad Pro (2024), during its ‘Let Loose’ event today. This cutting-edge device introduces the innovative ‘Tandem OLED’ screen, a first for Apple, departing from the previous Mini-LED technology seen in the 2022 Pro model. Available in 11-inch and 13-inch variants, the iPad Pro (2024) boasts slimmer bezels compared to its predecessor and is fueled by Apple’s powerful M4 chip.

With storage options reaching up to 2TB and running on iPadOS 17, the iPad Pro (2024) promises top-tier performance.

Accompanying the new tablet are the Apple Pencil Pro and a revamped Magic Keyboard, designed to complement the iPad Pro’s capabilities. In India, the base model of the 11-inch iPad Pro (2024) starts at Rs 99,900 for Wi-Fi connectivity, while the 13-inch variant begins at Rs 1,29,900. Prices vary for different storage options and connectivity types.

Under the hood, the iPad Pro (2024) features a formidable M4 chip, ensuring exceptional performance while conserving power. The upgraded Neural Engine enhances on-device AI tasks, while the Tandem OLED screens deliver stunning visuals with a 120Hz refresh rate, True Tone support, and P3 wide colour gamut coverage.

Camera-wise, it sports a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle front camera with Center Stage support, along with a 12-megapixel primary and 10-megapixel ultra-wide-angle rear camera setup, accompanied by a LiDAR scanner for advanced capabilities.
