Mark Zuckerberg Learns To Make Katana With Japanese Master: Internet Asks ‘Ye Kis Line Mein Aa Gaye?’

On his whirlwind of an Asia tour, Meta’s billionaire boss Mark Zuckerberg is on a side quest of sorts. The part-time cattle rancher and an MMA trainee, Zuckerberg, spent time with Japanese sword master Akhira Kokaji, forging a Katana and slicing a bamboo beam with his handmade arsenal of steel. He posted the video and pictures on his Instagram profile. Zuckerberg’s fetish for the Japanese Uchigatana, which has been traditionally wielded by Samurais, Ninjas, and Onna-Mushas, is not new. Earlier, on TikTok, a former Meta employee alleged that Mark would wave around the Katana in the Meta office during the early days of Facebook. The eccentric co-founder of the social media giant waved the weapon at the coders in frustration. It was neither the first nor the last of such wild accusations. The ex-Meta employee found Mark’s behavior strange, stating that the early days of the Zuckerberg-led company felt like the Wild West. Hopefully, the current lot at the company won’t see Mark fiddling with the sluicing weapon. Maybe in the metaverse?

Here’s how the netizens are reacting to the Zuckerberg-Katana video. Among appreciations and apprehensions about his latest shenanigan, a few took potshots at his side quest, asking him, ‘ye kis line mein aa gaye aap?’ Zuckerberg certainly seemed to have detoured more than once, ever since the Cambridge Analytica allegations that buried the company’s prestige and his wannabe politician career into dust. Earlier this year, the Meta boss was slammed for child abuse content on Instagram, for which he profusely apologized to parents at the US Senate hearing. His metaverse vision is still a dud in terms of ROI. However, all hope is not katana’d, as the company seems to grow after the massive layoff last year, catapulting Zuck into the league of the world’s richest billionaires. Zuck is more family oriented now, spending more time with daughters and having several CSR healthtech projects leveraged by AI. However, all we wanna know is if (and when) Zuck will take on Musk? The colosseum awaits.
